Senior Cap & Gown Pictures – THIS WEDNESDAY!
What to Expect on/after Senior Portrait Day Class of 2018
In order to make the portrait day for seniors a fun and exciting day, here are some basic things to aid students in being properly prepared and aware:
Senior Portrait Day is Wednesday November 29th at 9am. in the Planning Center.
Photography by Tony is the photography studio providing the session
Students MUST be present on this day.Photographer will not be scheduled for re-takes at the school
Students should come properly dressed for pictures. Please refer to attachment (Suggestions for Excellent Portraits)
The cap(s) and gown(s) students will be taking their picture in on this day, is not their actual cap and gown, but ones that are supplied by the photographer
There will be additional white, collared dress shirts and solid color ties available for young men who may need them
No money is to be brought to school at this time
The photographer will deliver the proofs with the portrait choice packet the following week after the portraits are taken
Parents/students will have until the deadline indicated on the packet to purchase senior pictures.
Ms. Schiffbauer (school secretary) will then collect the packet and the money to turn in to the photographer.Any purchases made after the deadline will have to be mailed directly to the photographer
Packages may only be paid for by cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS can be accepted through the school
Portrait packages will be returned to the school and given to students who made a purchase
Parents and Students please note:
Since the 2018 senior class is the large, we ask that students arrive on time, dressed accordingly, keep any horseplay to a minimum, and be seated when called by the photographer. This will ensure a swift and seamless photography session.
CCP students will have their portraits taken first so that they will not miss their next CSU or CCC class.
Progress Reports and Testing
This Friday, December 1st, 2017, students will receive their progress reports and testing schedule. Students report time and schedule may vary during testing. Please note all changes so that students report on time and prepared to test, and families are aware of early release and late report times!
